Service Description
This consultation is a relaxed, introductory session designed to help us get to know each other and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. During our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and gain a clear understanding of how my services and retainers work. I’ll also ask thoughtful questions to better understand who you are, what you’re currently navigating, and what you’re hoping to gain from support. This conversation allows me to assess your needs, goals, and expectations so I can determine the best way to serve you. By the end of the consultation, you’ll have a clear picture of what working together would look like, what to expect from a retainer experience, and whether my services align with what you’re seeking.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Cancellation & Refund Policy Consultation payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Clients may reschedule consultations with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund. If Danielle M Eber, LLC must cancel or reschedule a consultation, clients will be offered a rescheduled appointment or full refund. Danielle M Eber, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if necessary to maintain professional boundaries, operational integrity, or safety.
