Consultation Cancellation & Refund Policy
Consultation payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Clients may reschedule consultations with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.
If Danielle M Eber, LLC must cancel or reschedule a consultation, clients will be offered a rescheduled appointment or full refund.
Danielle M Eber, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if necessary to maintain professional boundaries, operational integrity, or safety.
Services Refund Policy

Danielle M Eber, LLC provides personalized executive advisory and strategic support services under the professional title “Danielle M Eber, Danielle M Eber, LLC.”
Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of advisory services, the following refund policy applies to all service engagements.
1. Non-Refundable Services
All advisory services, retainers, strategy sessions, and consultation fees are non-refundable once services have begun or time has been reserved.
By purchasing services, clients acknowledge that Danielle M Eber, LLC allocates dedicated time, availability, preparation, and strategic resources specifically for each engagement.
2. Retainer & Recurring Services
For recurring advisory engagements:

Payment is due according to the agreed billing schedule

Clients may cancel ongoing services with at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle

Services will remain active through the end of the current paid term

No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time, missed meetings, reduced utilization, or early cancellation during an active billing period

3. Rescheduling
Scheduled meetings or advisory calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Danielle M Eber, LLC.
4. Client Satisfaction
Danielle M Eber, LLC values collaborative and productive client relationships. If concerns arise regarding services, clients are encouraged to communicate directly so reasonable efforts can be made to address alignment, expectations, and service structure.
5. Refusal or Termination of Service
Danielle M Eber, LLC reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and additional collection actions where permitted by law.
